Brent Fletcher founder of Spot On Home inspections. After 20 years of serving our country I have spent the last 14 years in Manufacturing. Upon receiving my Masters Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University I Have worked for a couple of Large manufacturing Companies located in North East Florida and here in Central Florida.

After purchasing our home in the Villages and observing the home inspection, I had an idea . Speaking with several real state agents and the need for truthfulness, personable home inspectors. Spot On Home Inspections was brought to life.

If I'm not conducting a home inspection, you can find me on the golf course in the Villages, spending time with Marilyn or just playing with my 4 year old Doberman.
